Rabies | 1 dose at 12 weeks of age and no later than 6 months of age | 1 dose 9 to 12 months after puppy dose, then every 3 years *if this dose is more than 1 year after puppy dose, it will need to be boostered in 9 to 12 months according to Massachusetts law |
